Pepper black

No other spice is used as much as pepper. Black pepper, which is made by drying the still green, unripe berries of the pepper bush, is particularly popular. The qualitative differences between pepper are sometimes very large and since high-quality peppercorns have a high density, the quality criterion grams per liter (g / l) has prevailed. The history of pepper in Europe begins with Alexander the Great, who brought the Indian-native spice to Greece. The Greeks liked pepper, but the Romans loved it and even used it as a means of payment.
